that is definitely true… he's very good… just so everyone knows he's dark skinned, rather short, glasses, but he claims that he can become invisible when he wants to be, and honestly in my experience he's fairly good at that.
I know he works in willard straight at the library desk on some days and he's close with Aethertal (they teamed up last round). We should probably just avoid him at this point because he's probably amassed so many tags already he'll be hard to kill.

He has PE 146 - Swing Dance either on
Sundays at 4:15pm-5:45pm or
Wednesdays at 5:30pm-7:00pm,
so someone might wanna scout HelenNewman 230 around 4 on Sunday to see if we have any luck there.

His strategy is to rush at you, and dive to the ground when he's around two arm-lengths away (or if you're about to throw a sock). So, lure him in, wait for the dive, and move back while socking. You'll probably miss him the first time, so if you're carrying less than two socks in your hand, you're done for. I saw him outside GS at 10, and I don't think he got who he was looking for, so expect him to be back Thursday.
